Unblock an IP From the Firewall

You’ve been blocked by our firewall.

You can unblock yourself with the following steps.

  • Use a proxy or VPN, another WiFi network, or mobile data to access your control panel – your current IP is blocked so it won’t work
  • Click on the “Firewall” tab:
  • Enter your IP and click OK – if the “Times Found” number is higher than 0, your IP has been unbanned.
  • Try accessing what you previously access – you may need to clear your browser cache.
