Invoice Payment Isn’t Showing Up

If you’ve paid your invoice, but it does not show up as paid on your client area, please contact us with the following information:

Payment Method and Receipt (Paypal receipt, BTC transaction ID, etc)

Invoice ID or Subscription

We’ll get back to your very quickly with a response and manually activate your subscription if we find that you’ve paid.

BTC payments may take a few hours to be seen as paid, due to the confirmation time.
