How to Upgrade or Downgrade a Plan

To upgrade your plan, first login to the client billing area.

Next, navigate to “My Services” and choose the active service you want to upgrade:

Once you have chosen the service you want to upgrade, navigate to the left sidebar, (or top navigation bar on mobile) and click “Upgrade/Downgrade”

Select the plan you want to upgrade to, pay the pro-rated invoice, and the upgrade will be processed automatically
