If you are unable to access your site(s) and cPanel, but do not see an incident on our status page, you are likely blocked by our firewall.
Typically, this happens because of multiple failed login attempts (cPanel, FTP, IMAP/Email).
To unblock your IP, you can do so from the client portal. Go to “My Services” -> the service you are trying to access, and then locate the ” Unblock My IP” section in the service. It looks like this:
Enter your IP address – you can find your public IP here: https://whatismyipaddress.com/
Finally, click unblock, and try accessing your sites again.
