If your WordPress website is display a list of posts instead of a static homepage, or vice versa, you can toggle this option from the Customizer Menu.
To do this, click the Customize link in the WP Admin bar (you may need to navigate to your homepage/frontend):
Click “Homepage Settings”
Change the Homepage Settings from “latests posts” to “static page.”
Select a page from the drop-down menu, then click “Publish”
